by Jorina van der Westhuizen, whose dream it is to create a healthy, hearty snack business that generates extra revenues for business owners in the foodservice industry while giving Tasmanians utterly delicious, healthy eats.

Jorina was born into a family of biltong makers and today keeps this tradition alive in Tasmania.
Jorina sources her meat from ethical farmers who care about the animals they raise. This brings the farm to people’s taste buds with delicious, dried meaty snacks that are filled with the taste of umami - a pleasant savory taste that carnivores can’t get enough of.
